Package Commencement

Your membership package starts on the specified date in the contract or must be starting within 3 months from the purchase date.

Non-Refundable/Non-Transferable

All our packages are strictly non-refundable. If you are unsure if you will be able to finish your package in the set validity time, then consider purchasing a smaller package.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Class cancellation can be made for FREE 6 hours before the class starts.
Any cancellation less than 6 hours before class starts will be considered as 'Late Cancellation', resulting in automatic deduction of class/day from the current package.

If you fail to attend a class you have booked for, it will be marked as a ‘No Show’, resulting in automatic deduction of class/day from the current package, along with an additional class/day deduction. (The total deduction is 2 classes/ 2 days)

If members book a class but arrived late and are not allowed to attend the class, it will be considered as a ‘Late Arrival’, leading to automatic deduction of class/day from current package.
